Palletizing of beverage bottle cases

The Kawasaki palletizing robots CP180L and CP500L palletize plastic cases of beer bottles at a high speed. These two models have different payload capacities but the robots’ body shape and size are identical, offering the same large work envelope with a maximum reach of 3,255 mm.In this demo, the CP500L has a maximum payload capacity of 500 kg and is handling 9 cases at a time.The CP180L has a maximum payload capacity of 180 kg and is handling 3 cases at a time. Kawasaki’s CP180L robot has the world's highest throughput in its class.
